Manufacture and Delivery Time

Standard manufacture time for By Rebecca is as follows:

  • Personalised Orders are generally made by hand from scratch – Bangles and Personalised Rings – please allow up to 4 weeks
  • Bespoke Custom Orders – to make you something unique the turnaround time for custom orders can be up to 14 weeks depending on the project.
  • Personalised Necklaces can be made within 7-14days
  • Stock Items that are showing in stock will be sent out within 2-3 working days of payment cleared.
  • Reloved – Please get in touch to see how long the wait time is for this popular service, it can range from 4 to 14 weeks depending on commission.

Delivery

All orders qualify for free delivery.

If you would rather collect our Showroom is open Monday,Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 10-3pm & Sat 10-2pm.

You will be notified as soon as their order is ready for collection, then you can come and collect during the hours and days above.

International Postal Service

I am happy to post to anywhere in the world as I love to think of my jewellery spreading far and wide across the globe! International Post is charged at £10 (tracked and signed for) or £5 for standard international post with proof of postage. Please allow 14-21 days from point of ordering as international shipping takes between 7-14 days as standard.
