Wholesale Online Account

We do stock several stockists across the UK and we aim to work with any many retailers as possible but upon request, we can offer exclusivity to certain customers above a certain quarterly/annual spend, location dependent.  

We have two Scottish Agents, David and Heather McFarland who will come and visit your shop to support your stocking of By Rebecca Jewellery if you are located within Scotland. Out-with Scotland, we have a support team on hand to help you. 

Once approved by us, you can log in to find an easy to navigate Wholesale Dashboard where you can track your orders, place orders and shop the Wholesale Collections

We have a core Wholesale Catalogue for all of 2023/2024 with seasonal Spring Summer and Autumn Winter Catalogues in addition to expand our offering with gifts suitable for each season.  

If you are new to By Rebecca, our lovely jewellery is provided with free of charge branded point of sale and branded By Rebecca displays to best showcase the jewellery.

Payment

  • When your order is received, you will be invoiced via our accounts software detailing the bank details you will need to make payment.
  • The first order is processed on Proforma with orders being made immediately after payment with a delivery date to you within 21-28 days. If you require this quicker then please do ask and we will do our best to meet your needs.
  • Payment is via BACS only
  • For your first order on proforma, manufacture will begin upon receipt of payment of this order and delivered to you within 21-28 days after payment is received.
  • From processing of your second order, you will be placed on account. When orders are received online the goods will be manufactured immediately and will arrive with you within 28 days from placement of order. You will be invoiced with a strict payment term of 30 days after despatch of goods.

Manufacture Time

  • Generally speaking we aim to ship out goods within 21days but if we have stock we can ship quicker.  Most times, we can accommodate quicker delivery times if requested.
  • For smaller top up orders we can generally fulfil those within 10-14 days.

Packaging

  • All items at By Rebecca are handmade in their origin.  The pieces are all made with Sterling Silver (.925) and are hallmarked in accordance to the Hallmarking UK Law – items below a certain weight do not require to be hallmarked, items over this weight will be hallmarked at the Edinburgh Assay Office. Some pieces may feature pre-made components such as clasps and chains.
  • All luxury grey branded gift boxes are included in the wholesale price.
  • There will be a small black tab behind the velvet foam insert – this is an anti-tarnish tab to help prolong the natural oxidization of Sterling Silver. Please see Jewellery Care section of the website for hints and tips to help reduce and avoid tarnishing of silver jewellery.
  • Branded luxury gift bags will be provided free of charge.

Display / Point Of Sale

  • Branded Point of Display is provided with your first order – top up POS can be added upon request or purchased 
  • You will also be sent up to date seasonal printed posters to display next to your jewellery
  • You will also be provided with a silver cleaning cloth impregnated with anti-tarnish compounds that we advise is done every 2-3weeks to keep your jewellery looking shiny and appealing. 

Delivery

  • Carriage paid is on all orders over £250 (ex VAT).
  • Carriage on orders below £250 is £8.33 (ex VAT).
  • Carriage is tracked and sent via a courier or Royal Mail for all UK based locations.
  • Businesses out with standard delivery locations may be subject to an additional carriage charge, e.g. Highland and Islands – this will be done on a quotation basis.
