If you are selecting “Collection”, you will received a text notifying you your order is ready for collection. Once notified, you may come to our lovely new showroom which is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 10-3pm and Saturdays 10-2pm. 

Please note if your order is showing as “in stock “ please allow 2-3 days to process your order or if it’s showing as “made to order” it will be made for you within the following timescales:

Simple Earrings/Necklaces – 2-3 days

Personalised & Made to Order Linked Bracelets / Necklaces – 7-10 days

Made to Order Rings / Solid Bangles / Turning Point Collection – up to 4 weeks

Made to Order Bespoke Items (from One of a Kind Collections) – up to 6/8 weeks
