If the ring doesn’t fit quite right, especially when it’s a surprise gift, we’re happy to adjust it for you. It’s all part of the service we offer to make your experience smooth and joyful.

If something unexpected happens and your jewellery develops a fault within the first year, we’ll happily repair or replace it – no quibbles, no fuss, just care.

As a thank you for trusting us with your most meaningful jewellery, we are delighted to offer a free professional polishing service once a year for all of our bespoke clients.
Whether we’ve created a Reloved Remodelled heirloom, a one-of-a-kind bespoke design, or your cherished wedding jewellery, this service is our way of helping your special piece shine beautifully for years to come.
What’s included:
✨ A gentle, professional polish to restore the surface to a bright, high shine.
✨ One free polish per piece, once a year.
✨ Simply get in touch with us to arrange your polish—we’ll guide you through sending it safely to us.
Please note: This is a surface polish only. Deeper scratches and signs of heavy wear will not be removed.
For white gold pieces or those needing a little extra gleam, we also offer professional rhodium plating:

Depending on the personalisation of the piece, it MAY be possible to alter if it’s been ordered in the incorrect size. If you have ordered a piece and its been made to that specification, there will be a small alteration fee to change its size due to the labour involved. Specifically rings with stones in them, alteration is very difficult and costly so please ensure you order the correct ring size.
The same applies if you have been gifted a piece of jewellery from By Rebecca and its too small or large. If the piece is needing a major alteration, a new item may have to be made from scratch – which will have a higher cost. It may not always be possible to alter the size of a personalised item due to the stamping position on the piece – contact me to discuss.

To keep your jewellery at its best:
✨ Wear it often – Sterling silver loves to be worn. The natural oils in your skin help keep it looking bright.
✨ Store with care – When not being worn, keep your piece in a soft pouch or airtight container to prevent tarnish. Avoid storing it in humid places like bathrooms.
✨ Keep it dry – Remove before swimming, showering, or exercising. Water, especially chlorinated or saltwater, can dull or damage the finish.
✨ Avoid harsh chemicals – Perfumes, lotions, and cleaning products can react with silver. Apply them first, then add your jewellery last.
✨ Polish gently – Use a soft, lint-free cloth or a silver polishing cloth to bring back the shine. Avoid abrasive materials or harsh cleaners.
